Welcome to Great Valley Housing Developement Corporation

Great Valley Housing Development Corporation (GVHCD) is a nonprofit affordable housing organization whose general service area includes Stanislaus, Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Inyo, Mariposa, Mono, and Tuolumne County. Via an affiliate partnership with the Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority, GVHDC has staffing support and experience with active housing developments within the Department of Housing and Community Development CHDO eligible areas throughout the State of California.
