One Board member is concurrently a Board member of the Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority, however at no time shall one-third (1/3) of the Board of Directors be composed of public officials or public employees. No government body shall have any power to appoint any other member of the Board of Directors other than through the individual vote of that Board member as director.
